Before joining FCA, Rick served as a youth soccer coach for the Chattanooga Sports Ministries for 4 years and continues to serve in this role today.
He is also the Co-founder and provider at Corrective Mindset – Mental Performance Ministries where the mission is to use the gifts of gained wisdom and coaching skills to encourage others to be the best versions of themselves in service to something bigger than themselves.
Rick’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and continues to pursue his Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Coaching from Adams State University. In addition to his deep healthcare background retiring as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant in 2013, Rick is also an author of “The Fat Loss Hack 2.0” and recently published “Serenity in the Home” for Christian parents who want a better relationship with their children. Rick and his wife, Sheila have six children (3 boys, and 3 girls) ranging in age from 41 to 26, and 9 grandchildren.
